2017 Federal Amateur open

The Federal Amateur Open is a World Amateur golf ranking event that continues to attract the country’s brightest amateur talents. In 2005, Jason Day finished runner up to Andrew Martin. In 2008, Victor Dubuisson also finished as a runner up to Matt Jager.

In 2016 the event included a Women’s field. Equal value first prize was offered to women, with 16 year old Amelia Garvey from New Zealand taking out the inaugural Championship.

A prize pool of $8000 is on offer in 2017.

Eligible players are encouraged to enter the 2017 event which is set to be played over the weekend of November 10, 11 & 12. Links to enter the event are located below the brochure.
